Bristol Boyz hosts a farewell munch for Firushan

Bristol, 28th January 2007

The Bad Boyz of Bristol have thrown a massive spooky farewell munch to one of the ringleader Ibrahim Firushan (known as The Naughty Boy) on 26 th January at Nandos, in Bristol. Exact location withheld for paparazzi reasons.

Firu is travelling back home after completing his MBA studies at Bath University. He has been an active member of the gang for the past eighteen months and has arranged various activities from his pothole in Bath. He has also been an active member of MSA-UK and currently serving as an Advisory Council Member. We also think he works for the Finance Ministry – big shot or small shot? You decide!

The Nandos munch was lip smacking with everything on the menu including fork, knives and toothpick. The environment was euphoric and really bad. Imagine having lunch with really bad guyz in a chicken farm in Portugal where you hear hungry wolves howling and growling in the background. And the refreshing smell of chickens all around.

A special meeting was held during the munch to decide on a matter crucial to the gang members. Guess what? It's to decide on casting the winners' vote for Celebrity Big Brother on Sunday evening after Shlipa came into Boyz light. The decision was announced with a big smelly fart. The decision will not be made public but Sunday nights result will reveal a lot about the decision. Hint: The Boyz favourite to win is Danielle but anything can happen in Celebrity Big Brother.

After a spicy munch, we then decided to do something extra periperi and spicy for the evening. It was to see a spicy Bollywood movie at Cineworld. The gang cramped into a luxury limo and headed to see "Salaam-e-ishq". From the title, we thought it was a film about farewell and e-love. Instead, the film turns out to be a "mirchy masala" with four hour long six tracks of "Tributes of Love" or whatever you call. The Bad Boys got really spicy and potty after the movie and decided for a late night sight seeing tour of Bath. As usual, a farewell munch ended after 15 hours of excitement, joy and laughter - That's what the Bristol Bad Boyz is about!

Pleaz Note: The Bad Boyz of Bristol wrote this article without any financial contribution from Nandos or MSA-UK. Let us make it very clear. Firu may be an Advisory Council Member but MSA-UK did not pay or contribute towards the bill at Nandos! Happy? And any views or words expressed in this article are soley that of the boyz and not of MSA-UK or any other organisation registered or unregistered. Like MSA-UK, the Bad Boyz also disassociate with the petition - By the way what was the petition about?

MSA-UK gives birth to baby MSA-UK Blog

MSA is rolling down the red carpet today to the first ever MSA-UK Blog!

A blog is that new hip type of publishing method that is so much more relaxed and laid back than the usual rigid monotonous “professional” websites. And since MSA-UK already has one of the latter, we thought we’d try the former for a bit more variety in life ;-)

So what’s this MSA-UK blog going to be about?? Few simple rules to make it not so messy:
- Members are free to submit any entry
- CC checks the article for any material that’s not in accordance with the MSA-UK Constitution
- Entry gets published immediately 

Sounds pretty simple isn’t it? You are free to submit anything from your own day’s activities, plans of your local MSA group, cool sites/articles, interesting news (perhaps with your analysis?) etc. All you need to give us is the post title, the main text and a publish date – we’ll do the rest. Check out the MSA-UK blog main page for the link to submitting entries. We’ve made the rules simple as 123 and open as possible.

Just to spice this up, we are offering the post that gets the most comments that month a very prestigious prize. You can post articles individually or as a group depending on your interest and the type of posting.

So get your fingers typing and keep sending us entries. Make MSA-UK blog the most read, the most linked, the most liked blog on the Maldivian blogosphere!
