The door has been opened for tenancy applications for 9 Rosemont Avenue, the MSA(UK) managed property in London, for the coming academic year. New students set to begin their studies this year, as well as students already following courses at an educational institution in London, are all welcome to apply. 

The applications will be open from 1st May 2007 to 30th June 2007.  Applications can be lodged by filling in the application form and emailing it to us by 6pm, 30^th of June. Applications received by the deadline will be processed according to the procedure set out on the Guidance Notes given with the application.

Applicants may choose to apply to be the Warden of the house for the year and will have to oversee the affairs of the house and aid the MSA(UK) Central Committee in maintaining the property. The Warden is granted concessions on the rent. 

We would like to note that MSA(UK) is committed to the maintenance and improvement of Rosemont and is currently actively engaged in various repairs and refurbishments to the property. Rosemont acts as the MSA(UK) center of operations and is a great way to live among Maldivians and meet the many Maldivian students who study in the UK.
