All residents and visitors to 9 Rosemont Avenue are required comply with these rules and regulations. These rules and regulations are formulated by the Maldivian Students´ Association (MSA-UK) in consultation with the Maldivian High Commission in London (MHC) to ensure that the permanent residents, temporary residents and visitors can live in the House in harmony and that the House is well looked after for the benefit of all the stakeholders. The rules and regulations pertaining to Rosemont, the tenancy agreement and the warden handbook was revised and reapproved by the Ministry of Education in August 2007 and will be effective from 15 August 2007 onwards.
