After several months of meticulous planning and hard work by a large number of MSA-UK members, Project GoTeach is to be launched in a matter of a few hours.

This year's effort serves as the pilot project for what is hoped to be a yearly activity carried out by MSA-UK. Project GoTeach 2007 will run in 7 islands of Laamu Atoll from July 21 to August 4 2007. The islands are Gan, Fonadhoo, Isdhoo, Isdhoo-Kalaidhoo, Maabaidhoo, Maavah, and Maamendhoo. A total of 30 volunteers will be going to these islands to help 330 students who are sitting t the GCSE exams this year at their schools.

The work in the islands is to be videotaped by Television Maldives at the request of MSA-UK towards the production of a video documentary.
