Project GoTeach
31 July 2007
Project GoTeach is a programme where volunteer members of MSA (UK) travel to the islands in the Maldives to teach in an island school/community for a short period of time during the summer break to help towards the development and enrichment of the education in the Maldives. Project GoTeach was first proposed in 2006 which sparked off active discussion and debate till it became an operational reality in July 2007 when the first ever GoTeach programme took place in Laamu Atoll.

Please refer to the Project GoTeach Proposal document for more details about the aims and objectives of the project. More information about who can volunteer to participate in Project GoTeach programmes can be found in the Who can volunteer? page.
