Points discussed:

• The final choice of Chief Guest was agreed, based on conversations held with all cc members during the last cc meeting and further telephone conversations held within cc members. Official invitation email to the chosen Chief Guest to be sent as soon as possible.

• Further discussions were held on fundraising marathon. Jaa informed on the recently added “Make a Donation” button to the home page of MSA website. He informed that further preparations are being made for full launch of the task, such as writing an article about the launch of the programme and why people should donate.

• Further online donation button to be added to website for Rosemont Fund donations, as required by the Rosemont Regulation

• Dates for the AGM agreed to be 19 – 21 December, with Eid Celebrations on 20 December (Hassan was consulted via sms as he was not present)

• Two separate articles to be written by Thaa. One about the announcement of the AGM, the other about the announcement of the opening of door for submitting names for CC positions and campaigning facility being made ready in the MSA forum

• Ja to provide the facility for campaigning for CC positions in the MSA forum

• Ja to make AGM banner tonight

• Meeting concluded with further discussions to be held within cc members via phone etc in the due course, for preparing for the AGM and for running the fundraising programme
