Purpose of Meeting: This meeting was held to follow up on ideas floated at the London meeting

Minutes:

• Email account for the EGM team to be setup. This task was assigned to Jaa.
  Prizes for the Eid competition winners to be bought. Thaa was tasked with making the certificates and getting the cup and other prizes.
• It was decided that the prizes should be given out at the EGM.
• Articles for the blog. It was decided to approach Ismail Mohamed (Habarey) and Nishwan Abbas (Abba) for the articles as they handled the articles for joospetee
• Bugs in the forum to be fixed by Jaa.
• Go-Teach: A letter to sent to Minister of Education is to be drafted. Also mail to Sponsor about the number of people involved in the project.
• Contemplated about the budget for the Go-Teach project to get a realistic view on how much it would cost. Thaa was assigned to get more information.
• Article for March meals to be finished up.
