Purpose:    The proposed amendments to the MSA constitution passed on to the CC by Fazeel Najeeb to be discussed and a common agreement reached by all the CC members before putting it up in the MSA Forum for discussion by members

Main Discussion:
•    The proposed amendments to the MSA constitution together with the comments from the CC members were discussed article by article and comments noted.
•    Muiz to send the compiled agreed constitution draft to the committee asap

Other Matters:
•    Rosemont Guidelines amended by Muiz to be put up on the Forum asap
•    The Rents and Chanrges to be voted after 1 month’s discussion as passed at the AGM 2006
•    The Rosemont Tenancy Agreement to be signed by the existing three tenants of he house asap to avoid any problems. It was noted that the agreement has been prepared since MSA took management control of the house 15months before, but due to certain shortcomings in the past it has not been signed by the tenants. Thus, it was agreed that the tenants will be made aware that certain agreeable changes to the agreement that they are going to sign now can b made after discussion with the tenants and the CC.
•    Thaa to follow up on the signing of the tenancy agreement by the tenants asap
