We are planning to hold EGM 2011 on 9^th and 10^th of April at 9 Rosemont Avenue. The agenda for the event as discussed by the central committee is as follows:

9th April:

• 1000-1200 - Arrival of members
• 1300-1700 - Football Tournament and other outdoor games
• 1700-1800 - Tea
• 1900-2000 - Meeting
• 2000-2100 - Dinner After
• 2100 - Indoor games (darts, poker, card games, pictionary, scrabble etc)

10th April:

• 0900-1000 - Breakfast
• 1000-1700 - Paintballing
• 1900-2300 - Ice skating (TBC)/ Indoor games
