With regard to the email notice sent on 4^th September 2009 about the removal of the belongings from 9 Rosemont Avenue shed, this is to once again remind that the date of removal would be 1^st of January 2010. We would like to remind that as discussed in AGM 2009, items not removed from the shed might be sold off, given to charity or even thrown away. Therefore, members are strongly advised to remove any belongings before this date, as neither the Central Committee nor MSA-UK would be responsible for any damage or loss due to this.

Please note that any new belongings kept in the shed should be kept as per Rosemont rules and regulations and that no item could be kept for more than 4 months. Any member wishing to keep their belongings must use the form in the shed to write down their contact details and the date on which the belongings were moved to the shed.

If any member would not be able to remove their belongings due to a valid reason, please appeal to the CC by email.
