The Central Committee and the Webteam extends greetings and good wishes on the occasion of the anniversary of the day our nation embraced Islam.

As we commemorate this historic day, we must praise and glorify Almighty Allah for bestowing the righteous guidance of Islam on our beloved nation.

The Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs said that as the government has decided to mark the day Maldives embraced Islam on 2 Rabeeul Avval of each year, this year's programs include a special prayer that would be held in all islands of the Maldives [1].

May Allah Almighty, Most-Gracious, Most-Merciful give us the strength and make us capable of performing patriotic duty of safe guarding our religion, Islam and national independence and sovereignty of our beloved nation. May Allah Almighty's peace and blessing be with us all on this happy occasion!
