Abdullah Ali and Ahmed Jamsheed Mohamed have handed their resignations from the posts of Treasurer and Student Advisor via e-mail last week. Members of the association had elected them for the respective posts during the AGM held in December 2007.

It had been stated during the AGM that neither of them would be present in UK till the end of this term and with this year being their final year their academics demand a lot of time and therefore they feel it unfair to occupy a post to which they would not be able to fully contribute.

We would like to thank both Abdullah and Jamsheed for their hard work towards the Association. We also appreciate their contribution to the Central Committee and wish them both the best in the future.
