We recieved a number of nominations for the vacant post on the Advisory Council following our call on the 12th of December. We have also contacted the nominees as required and sought their thoughts on the nominations to shortlist all those who are willing to take up the position. As such, all nominees we recieved except for 2 objected, citing various reasons they are unable to take up such a post.

The shortlisted names are Aishath Ikram (Iku), York and Ahmed Niyaz (Niya), Leicester. Voting will take place at the AGM meeting on the 21st of December.
