The tentative programme for the 3-day AGM gathering from 19-21 December 2007 in London and the tentative agenda for the AGM meeting has been prepared and is available for download (see below).

All members are invited to contact the CC with any comments or suggestions to improve the programme or make it more interesting and enjoyable, such as what games and activities we should have, and also to give us comments or suggestions to bring any necessary changes to the proposed agenda for the main meeting of the AGM, or to include any missed item.

Furthermore, we kindly request the members to volunteer to help us with the various logistical works of the AGM. With your active support we can make the gathering as enjoyable and successful as we all want!
