We would like to ask all the Maldivian students studying in the UK, who had at anytime visited or stayed at 9 Rosemont Avenue, to help us improve all the aspects of the house, by taking few minutes and filling in the attached questionnaire/feedback form. Please send the completed form by email or by post (details given in the form) latest by Saturday 20 November 2007. 

The information we gather from these forms will be analysed and be used to form a foundation upon which policies and recommendations for the future will be formulated. 

The form is designed such that we do not require the identity of the person filling the form. Thus, if so desired, the form can be printed out and sent by post to the address given in the form.
