MSA(UK) has seen gradual increase in membership over the years and today we see record numbers of students actively taking part in our various activities held through out the year. Infact, the MSA(UK) Extraordinary General Meeting gathering earlier this year brought in 80+ members. We have been able to finance these activities mostly through yearly donations of 1000/- GBP by the government of Maldives but sadly the donation no longer serves the active MSA(UK) of today.

We have been going through various options of gathering funds and we have, so far, met with difficulties with many of our fund raising attempts. Earlier this year, we opened the opportunity for Advertising on the MSA(UK) official website for interested parties but so far have not had any luck in securing an advertiser. We have now decided to attempt to keep fuelling MSA(UK) by opening a donation facility on our website to allow well-wishers, businesses and even MSA(UK) members themselves to donate for our activities. The facility has been made online as of last week and we aim to keep it there throughout the year in the future as well.
