The deadline for tenancy applications to 9 Rosemont Avenue, the MSA-UK managed property in North Finchley, London has now passed away (on the 30th of June) as we originally advertised. We received only one application during the allocated time and has thus allowed the sole applicant, Abdul Muththalib, to secure tenancy at Rosemont for the coming year.

The Central Committee has decided to open tenancy applications again but applications will now be treated on a first come first serve basis to fill the remaining 3 tenant vacancies at the place.
