The Central Committee has announced that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of 2004 will be held from 09th to 11th April 2004 at 9 Rosemont Avenue, London. The Central Committee has invited all the members to visit "Rosemont" and take part in various enjoyable activities arranged in the spirit of friendship, unity and entertainment. According to Habaru Issey (Chairperson) all members are welcome to this wonderful gathering and to participate in the events and activities. He stated that members' participation is vital to the success of our association and has requested all members to take part in the EGM2004. Abba (Treasurer) stated that arrangements have been made to host one of the grand gatherings at this EGM in London. Therefore, get your diary out reserve these days for MSA(UK) and book your travel tickets now! The agenda of the EGM 2004 are given below.

08th April 2004 (Thursday) - Members Arrival
Members are kindly requested to arrive on (or before) 08th April 2004 to take part in the fun events and activities next day. Please remember to bring your sleeping bags and football boots/trainers when you come. A special welcome tea and short eats will be served and a group dinner will be arranged for members to enjoy.
09th April 2004 (Friday) - Outdoor & Indoor Activities
Outdoor activities, which include Football, Cricket and Netball/Bashi (girls special event) will take place on Friday, 9th April 2004. These matches will be played among the "London" Vs "UK United" i.e. among the members in London and rest of the UK members. The outdoor activities will be held during the day and indoor activities will begin in the evening. The indoor activities planned are Chess, Dart, Pool and Foosball. There are many great prizes for you to win and take home!
10th April 2004th December 2003 (Saturday) - Indoor Activities & Meeting
The indoor events will continue through out the day will conclude before the beginning of the Meeting. The Meeting will be held at 17:00hrs.
The Chief Guest of the meeting is expected to be the High Commissioner of Maldives in London, Hon. Mr Adam Hassan. The Draft Constitution of MSA(UK) will be discussed during the meeting and votes will be taken to implement the new amendments to the Constitution.
After the meeting, a delicious buffet dinner will be served for you to enjoy the traditional 'mouth watering' dishes! After the dinner, bowling has been arranged at the Hollywood Bowling for you to trash some pins! This will be an opportunity to show your Bowling tactics and break the MSA(UK)'s bowling record!
After the bowling, late night events are also planned. These include "Ishaaraiy", "Lava Bazee" with Karaoke Singing and many more!
11th April 2004th December 2003 (Sunday) - Lunch & Farewell
The EGM2004 will conclude after farewell lunch. If anyone wish to stay longer please let the Central Committee know about it so that necessary arrangements could be made.
