In the EGM of 2002, MSA logo design contest was re-opened and members were asked to submit their designs by 1st of October 2002. One member submitted eight logos, but unfortunately was submitted past the deadline. So the logos were not accepted for the competition by the then central committee.

At the last AGM (2002), votes were taken to close the motion on logo competition. Majority of the members voted to see the logos submitted, before closing the issue and agreed to review the logos before EGM 2003. [Refer Minutes of Meeting of AGM 2002 for further details].
