This is just a reminder for a few things. As we've emailed before, the nominations for the posts of the Advisory Council is open and we await for nominees for election into the 3 positions available in the Advisory Council that would span 2007/8. Please refer to the Constitution for more details on the requirements for Advisory Council positions.

The AGM is on schedule to run from 22nd to 24th December at 9 Rosemont Avenue, London. The full address and details on getting there is available here.

20.00-21.00: Icebreaking and indoor games competition begins
21.00-22.00: Friendly football match
22.00-23.00: Rosemont Committee meeting

Day two: 23.12.2006
08.00-10.00: Breakfast
11.30-13.30: Indoor games competitions; chess, carom, pool.
13.00-14.00: Lunch
14.00-17.00: London tour (students to self finance)
19.00-21.00: Annual General Meeting
21.00-22.00: Dinner
22.00-00.00: Bowling

Day three: 24.12.2006
08.00-10.00: Breakfast
10.00-12.00: Friendly cricket match
12.00-13.00: Meeting between old and new cc and transfer of documents to new cc
13.00-14.00: Lunch
14.00-16.00: Complete indoor games competition
16.00-17.00: Award prizes for the winners of various games
